My order says it's delivered but it's not here! What should I do?

The worst - your order says it's been delivered but it's not there! We're here to help.

Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it's not hiding or jammed. Also, ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. 

We ask that you wait a few days after your scheduled delivery date for the package to turn up. We know that's a pain but most of the time lost packages are located and delivered within 3 days.

If your package still hasn't turned up after 3 business days, please email us at info@freeflyapparel.com

Please note, Free Fly is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. To help you with these issues, we offer Route Shipping Insurance which covers your 100% of your order in the event your package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
