I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Once in a blue moon, the wrong item gets tossed in by mistake. Our apologies, but don't worry - we'll get it fixed right away!
Please fill out our return form HERE to generate a prepaid return label.
- Choose "There was an issue with the item or shipping" as your return reason, then "Received wrong item".
- Choose "Exchange Item"
- Choose the correct item
As soon as you drop the package at USPS, we'll get your correct item on the way to you. If you need it sooner, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to get that shipped right away.
