When does my exchanged item or refund process?


Once you drop the item by the Post Office, your new item(s) will automatically be processed to ship out. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking when an exchanged item has shipped.

Store Credit

We will email you with your store credit as soon as your item is in the mail. You can use this code on our website during checkout by entering the code into the "Gift Card or Discount Code" field.

If you prefer to use your store credit immediately select "Shop Now" when processing a return. This way, your new items will ship out after you drop the returning package by the Post Office.


Your refund will be processed after the gear is delivered to our returns center, and checked over for quality. Please allow up to 3 days post delivery for the refund to be processed in. Refunds should show on your original payment within 3-7 business days of the items being delivered back to us.
