What's your return and exchange policy?

If you order something from us and need a different size or don't love it, rest assured that we have FREE U.S. RETURNS & EXCHANGES for unwashed and unworn items. (A quick try on is cool. Trekking up a mountain is not.)  Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note - due to contractual agreements, we cannot complete the return or exchange of items purchased at one of our retail partners.

Bamboo Boxer Briefs and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

-Items can be returned in new, unwashed, and unworn condition up to 30 days after purchase to get a refund to the original payment method or up to 60 days for a store credit.

-Items in new, unwashed, and unworn condition can be exchanged up to 60 days after purchase.

Items from separate orders shipped back together will not be processed.

Items sent back outside of this process will not be processed and cannot be recovered.

At this time we cannot offer free returns/ exchanges for orders outside of the U.S.  To complete an international return you will still complete the form on our returns portal, shoot us an email out info@freeflyapparel.com letting us know, and will need to use your own label. We hope to offer more options for our international customers soon!
