What's your return and exchange policy?
If you order something from us and need a different size or don't love it, rest assured that we have FREE U.S. RETURNS & EXCHANGES for unwashed and unworn items. (A quick try on is cool. Trekking up a mountain is not.) Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note - due to contractual agreements, we cannot complete the return or exchange of items purchased at one of our retail partners.
Bamboo Boxer Briefs, Bamboo Boxers and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Note: we offer up to 2 free return shipping labels per order. Please try to process all returns/ exchanges from the same order together. For multiple orders please go through the returns portal for each order number. Items from separate orders shipped back together will not be processed.
Items sent back outside of this process will not be processed and cannot be recovered.
Here are the details:
Items in new, unwashed, and unworn condition can be exchanged up to 60 days after purchase.
Once you drop your item in in the mail, your requested exchange item(s) will ship out. You’ll receive a tracking email when it’s on the way!
Exchanges will ship to the original shipping address with our standard 3 - 7 day shipping method. You’ll have the option to edit your shipping address once you submit the exchange. Be sure to do this before you ship out your item (once shipped we cannot change the address).
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different style, you can use the Shop Now feature. On the returns portal select “Return Item”, choose your reason, and then select Shop Now. You can then shop from our site immediately with your return credit. Please note that discounts only apply to even exchanges (color or size) and will not apply to exchanges for different styles.
INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If we make a mistake, we'll take care of it! If you received an incorrect, defective or damaged product, please request an exchange on our online portal. When prompted to select a reason for exchange be sure to select: “There was an issue with item or shipping”

At this time we cannot offer free returns/ exchanges for orders outside of the U.S. To complete an international return you will still complete the form on our returns portal and will need to use your own label. We hope to offer more options for our international customers soon!
