Return/Exchange Policy & Procedure

POLICY:

Needing a new size, color, or don't love the fit? We have FREE U.S. RETURNS & EXCHANGES HERE on only new and unworn/unwashed items with tags attached. (A quick try on is cool. Trekking up a mountain is not.)

  • Upon purchase date, you have 30 days to request a return for refund to your original payment. You have up to 60 days from purchase date to request an exchange or store credit (no expiration).
  • Bamboo Boxer Briefs and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We offer up to two free returns/exchanges requests (20 item limit on returns) - if you exchange an item and the new size doesn't work, we will allow only one more exchange or return on that item(s).
  • Our swimwear CAN be returned/exchanged but tags must be attached and plastic lining in tact on Women's swim bottoms.
  • Items from separate orders shipped back together will not be processed. Please complete return/exchange here and box them up separately with the provided return labels.
  • Items sent back outside of this process will not be processed and cannot be recovered.
  • For damaged or defective items, click here.
  • We cannot complete the return or exchange of items purchased at one of our retail partners due to contractual agreements. Stop by their store or reach out via phone to get that done through them.
  • Please note the shipping cost to receive the gear will not be refunded as this service is a cost to receive the product.

HOW TO RETURN:

For a return, you'll need your order number (found in your confirmation email) and the zip code of the original shipping address. Shoot us an email at info@freeflyapparel.com if you need us to look those up for you!

With that info, you can complete the form found here to request a prepaid shipping label to send your unwashed, unworn item(s) back.

HOW TO EXCHANGE:

For an exchange, you'll need your order number (found in your confirmation email) and the zip code of the original shipping address. Shoot us an email at info@freeflyapparel.com if you need us to look those up for you!

With that info, you can complete the form found here to request a prepaid shipping label to send your unwashed, unworn item(s) back. 

Once your return label has been scanned by USPS, your requested exchange items will ship out.  You'll receive an email with shipping information to confirm. 

Important things to know about exchanges: 

  • Exchanges will ship back to the original shipping address with our standard 3 to 5 day shipping. 
  • If you need to change the shipping address you can do that once you submit the exchange. Once you ship the item back we cannot make changes. 
  • If you'd like to exchange your item(s) for different products, check out our Shop Now feature. Simply choose your reason, opt to "Return Item", and then select "Shop Now." Discounts are not applicable to new items unless doing an even exchange for the same item changing size or color.
  • If you're sending back items from multiple orders, please send them back separately with their own return label. Combined orders sent back in the same package will not be processed and we will not be able to refund you. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

At this time we cannot offer free returns/ exchanges for orders outside of the U.S.  To complete an international return you will still complete the form on our returns portal, shoot us an email out info@freeflyapparel.com letting us know, and you will need to use your own label. We hope to offer more options for our international customers soon!

*Please note: we cannot accept returns of more than 20 items from one order
