How can I track my order?

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped from our warehouse. The email subject is "Your order SXXXXXXX is on its way!." Please allow up to 1-2 days for your tracking information to update with an estimated delivery date.

Feel free to track your order here, by entering your Order # and email address associated with the order.

  • Standard or Economy orders will ship within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday).
  • Expedited orders placed by 12pm ET are processed same business day.

If you don't see an email to confirm shipment within this time frame, please check your spam folder. If you still don't see confirmation, feel free to send us an email at and we'll happily check on your order status.
