Can I return or exchange for a different item?

We're happy to exchange for a different item using our Shop Now feature. For the return, you'll need your order number and the zip code of the original shipping address. Shoot us an email at if you need us to look those up for you.

To exchange your item(s) for different products, check out our Shop Now feature. Simply opt to "Return Item", choose your reason, and then select Shop Now. You can then shop directly with your credit!  You can complete that process HERE.

Once your return label has been scanned by USPS, your new items will ship out. Once your gear has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Please note, if a discount was used on the original order, it will not be eligible for use on a different item.
