Do you have an extended holiday return or exchange policy?
For you early holiday shoppers - we're extending our return policy so that anything purchased in October or November can be returned in unwashed, unworn condition until Jan 31 of next year.
Last minute shoppers - don't worry, anything purchased in December will follow our normal return policy and can be returned in unwashed, unworn condition up to 60 days from the purchase date for an exchange/store credit OR 30 days from purchase date for a refund to original payment method.
Please note that final sale items (bamboo boxer briefs, candles, socks and items in the final sale section) are not eligible for return or exchange. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for products purchased at one of our retailers and not purchased on our site.
