My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

If you received a damaged or defective item, our sincere apologies! We have a strict quality control process and rarely hear about issues like this. Sometimes there are instances where a product is damaged in transport or it sneaks through our quality control department.

If you received a damaged or defective item, don't worry - we'll get you a replacement ASAP.

Please send an email with your order number and a photo of the issue (if possible) to info@freeflyapparel.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
