What if my order is lost or stolen?
We find that sometimes there's a lag in the tracking although your package is moving along as normal. We can understand the frustration that this can cause, and we're here to help! Our Standard method travels to you within 3-6 business days from the ship date. If you don't notice an update in the tracking within 6 business days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your package shows up empty or if it was entirely stolen, please email us at email@example.com. It's really helpful to have photos of empty packages or any proof that the gear was stolen off your porch for us to file our claim and get you taken care of.
