How do I return or exchange a gift?
If you have the order number and shipping zip code (both can be found on the packing slip), you can complete a gift return or exchange on our online portal HERE and click "Start a Gift Return".
If you do not have the order number, fill out this gift return request form HERE with the gift giver's details & we will send the Order # over for you to complete your gift return.
